Hitachi America Ltd. Industrial Components and Equipment Division has announced that they are introducing a new series of AC variable frequency drives.

Unlike previous series of these drives, the company has broadened the applicability of these models so that their use can be expanded beyond the traditional industrial fans and pumps. The L700 series has a built-in programming function called EzSQ (Easy Sequence). The program is developed on a PC and then downloaded to the inverter, in many cases eliminating the need for a separate PLC. There is also a patented micro-surge voltage suppression to protect the motor winding insulation, advanced trip avoidance functions, configurable sink/source logic on digital inputs, and built-in dynamic braking circuits in models up to 30 hp. The L700 series AC variable frequency drives are designed to be a truly global product, with CE, UL, cUL and C-Tick marks, and is also RoHS compliant.

Industrial ventilation is a method for controlling worker exposure to airborne toxic chemicals or flammable vapors by using an exhaust fan to move contaminated air away from the work area and replacing it with clean air. In addition, process changes, work practice changes, material changes to less toxic chemicals or elimination of toxic chemicals are all goo d avenues for a business to pursue in improving industrial air quality.

You will typically need to use industrial ventilation to remove welding fumes, solvent vapors, oil mists or dusts and exhaust these contaminants outdoors. Design of these exhaust systems should be handled by a qualified ventilation engineer or contractor. Washington State requires that if workers are exposed to toxic levels of chemicals in the air, employers must take steps to reduce their exposure.

By all means, industrial fans do not refer to fans of the industrialized world. It is far from that. What they really are is just some fans that are of industrial size. These huge fans serve many purposes. The biggest and most common purpose of these magnificent fans is ventilation and air flow. They make sure that the air passes through and gets ventilated.

They are usually made out of stainless steel and other heavy materials that are harder to break. Steel alloys are also a common material

These fans are immobile, meaning that they are installed in the factory or industrial site and will sit there until somebody takes the chunk of concrete out from below.

If you are familiar with fans in general, you should also know that these fans have smaller gauges.
